“Baltimore is a blatant example of a tale of two cities. The Richman Foundation is trying to address the stark inequities in the City in order to even the playing field for families from low-income and minoritized backgrounds. I am most appreciative of the Foundation’s emphasis on early childhood interventions which have the potential to have long-term impacts on Baltimore’s children and families. Because of these and other priorities of the Foundation, I am pleased to be serving on its Advisory Committee.”
